1. Parties

For purposes of this agreement We and Us refers to LostMyRing.com, the website and it's ownership. You refers to members and users of the site.

2. Restrictions

All content on our site is copyrighted and property of us. Users may post messages regarding lost and found items but the specific postings on our site are our property and subject to our review and editorial control. All graphics, images, text and all other content is copyrighted. Posting to our boards is limited to legitimate attempts to contact owners or finders of lost items. Any other use of our posting boards or message forwarding system is a violation of our terms of service and each message or posting is subject to a $1,000 fee per use in addition to civil or criminal penalties.

3. Limitations

LostMyRing.com is not insurance. We offer a service intended to increase the probability that a lost item will be returned to its registered owner, however we do not guarantee, warranty, or indemnify that it will be returned. We are not responsible for misuse of our system by anyone. IN ANY CASE our liability is limited to the amount of the current annual subscription in effect. For non members, this means that our limitation of liability is $0.

4. Restrictions

Neither members nor non-members may post any information that is inflammatory, insulting, accusatory, indecent, pornographic, adult in nature, bigoted, vulgar, copyrighted by another party, competes with us or advertises any product or service.

5 Cancelation

Members may cancel their accounts using the cancel accounts page that may be located via the site-map page. We are not responsible for failure to cancel and only cancellation by this method is approved.

6. Technical

Neither we, our ownership, service providers, affiliates nor any other parties associated with us are responsible for predictable or unpredictable interruptions in service, performance, accessibility or any function or feature of our site.
